I finally found how the Gaussian Blur tool makes gorgeous glows~~ /suchanoob

Anyhoo, did this back in November. It was originally Xero, but I just didn't finish her out... so it kinda came to be my possible vocasona...? _{All my persona-ish characters are more or less based off of Xero... haha...}
